HomeSafe
HomeSafe is a workplace safety platform aimed at helping organizations deliver training that’s not only compliant but genuinely engaging. The goal was to create a learning management system (LMS) and website that simplified the training process, improved accessibility, and encouraged active participation from employees at every level.

HomeSafe needed a digital solution that could serve two critical purposes:
Make safety training easy to deliver for organizations.
Ensure employees could navigate, learn, and complete training with minimal friction.
Existing systems often felt outdated, overly complex, and disengaging — which meant training impact was reduced and compliance was harder to maintain.
I designed a clean, intuitive interface that merges LMS functionality with a public-facing website. Key considerations included:
Simple, clear navigation to guide users effortlessly through courses and resources.
Interactive learning elements to keep employees engaged and encourage completion.
Responsive design to ensure accessibility on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Brand-consistent visuals that built trust while keeping the focus on safety and learning.
The end result is a platform that’s both user-friendly for learners and scalable for organizations managing multiple training programs.
LMS Dashboard – A structured learning environment where users can track progress and revisit resources at any time.
Public Website – Highlights HomeSafe’s mission, services, and training benefits, helping attract and inform new clients.
Multi-Device Accessibility – Optimized layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile to meet employees where they are.
Engagement-First Approach – Interactive course elements, visual learning aids, and progress tracking.
✅ Improved Training Completion Rates – Easy navigation and interactive features keep learners engaged until the end.
✅ Greater Accessibility – Employees can complete training anywhere, on any device.
✅ Streamlined Delivery – Organizations can manage, track, and update training content without technical hurdles.
✅ Stronger Safety Culture – Training is no longer a box-ticking exercise but a meaningful part of workplace improvement.
